Shipping & Delivery Policy
- All purchases are shipped and delivered through our trusted delivery partners and associated courier service providers.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 10 working days, or as per the delivery timeline mentioned during the order process. Delivery timelines are subject to courier and postal service norms. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Kumar Products shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders will be delivered only to the registered shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address.
- A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. Kumar Products will not be responsible for deliveries accepted by an authorized third party.
- Kumar Products is not liable for any damage occurring after successful delivery. Any claims regarding shortages, damaged products, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Domestic shipping charges shall be applicable as displayed during the checkout process.
- We currently accept orders for delivery within India only.
Order Modification
- To ensure quick processing and timely delivery, all orders are handled through a predefined processing system. Therefore, once an order has been placed, modifications or changes are generally not permitted.
- As soon as your order is confirmed, it is forwarded to our warehouse for processing. This enables us to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Consequently, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
